During quarantine almost everybody trained online and since then, we got used to see trainers with perfect bodies on the screen helping us get in shape. What is not as usual is that these trainers have a missing arm, a missing leg, are blind or in a wheelchair.

With the aim of normalizing disability and making society understand that anyone regardless of their physical condition is suitable for sports, we made a series of trainings routines starring 6 of the best paralympic athletes of Spain.
